Yesterday I had to go out and buy some more fabrics - just a treat - and what a wonderful treat this was.
details - how can anyone resist these cute little owls and turtles...
most of these fabrics are japanese 100% cotton and it feels so soft and silky.
I wish I could start working with these fabrics straight away - but discipline and time management are at essence at the moment.
It will have to wait until a well deserved holiday very soon!

Those turtles are too cute! I think you chose a lovely little treat for yourself. I went to the local quilt store on Friday to pick up a couple of fat quarters to complete a project, and they were having a big sale. Oops!I may have treated my self a little, too.

Love the fabric that you found. Wish I lived near the store that you visited. But I guess it is good that it is far away so that I am not tempted. Will be watching to see what you make out of the new fabrics.
